Return Policy

I accept returns anytime within 30 days of purchase so you can be sure your textiles are perfect for your project without worry! Simply let me know you are returning an item by contacting me at wendy@textiletrunk.com. You will be refunded the moment I receive the textile(s) safely back at the Textile Trunk. I do not refund any shipping costs unless there was an error on my part, so please return the parcel in the most economical way for you. Never hesitate to contact me with questions, advice or issues with a textile; I am here to help! I have been providing excellent customer service for over 20 years; just check out the reviews on my Etsy and eBay stores!

Terms of Service

Please note that here at the Textile Trunk I provide antique and vintage textiles which means nearly all of these textiles have been used in the past. I request that users of my site read the condition written in the description of an item and observe the photographs closely before purchase to insure a happy and lasting transaction. I do my best to be as accurate as possible in my listings, and generous in the photographs I provide.

Please contact me as soon as possible if there are any issues with an order. Please open and observe the items purchased within a reasonable time period upon receipt. If there appears to be any damage to a package that occurred during shipping please take photographs of the outside of the package before opening the parcel, and if the delivery person is still present, have them note the apparent damage and insure your purchases are not damaged before their departure.

Please note that if a parcel sent to you requires a signature and is not collected in time from the post office or other shipping service provider, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping again when the parcel is returned to the Textile Trunk.

I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.

I NEVER share any of of my customers information outside of my business unless requested by the customer directly. I have used Squarespace in the making of this website, so please also view their privacy policy if you have any concerns, as it may apply.
